Political engagement and constituency services are separate
The Get Involved form on BrennanDay.ca is a political engagement form. Information submitted through that form is sent to brennan@brennanday.ca for political communications and engagement and is not routed to the MLA constituency office or used as constituency casework.
If you need help with a provincial government program or service, contact the Courtenay–Comox MLA constituency office directly using the phone number or legislative email listed on the Constituency Services page. Do not submit sensitive casework information through the political engagement form.
Political signup information
When you use the Get Involved form, you may provide your name, email address, postal code, optional phone number, areas of interest and consent to receive updates. The submission is sent to brennan@brennanday.ca for political communications and engagement.
This website does not currently maintain a separate supporter database. Signup information is retained in the receiving email account and may later be transferred into a secure contact-management system for the same purposes.
Constituency services are separate
Political signup information is separate from MLA constituency casework. Do not use the Get Involved form to send confidential casework, health, financial, legal or other sensitive personal information. Constituents seeking help with a provincial government program or service should contact the constituency office through the Constituency Services page.
Your choices
You may ask to stop receiving political updates at any time. Future bulk email communications should include an unsubscribe mechanism. You may also request correction or deletion of information held for political communications by emailing brennan@brennanday.ca.
Website operation
The site may use ordinary server logs needed for security, reliability and troubleshooting. If analytics or additional tracking technologies are added later, this notice should be updated before they are enabled.
